Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and effective relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives to effectively deliver tailored eCommerce solutions.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Eccommerce Operation:
Plan monthly sales and report monthly/annual performance.
Coordinate and propose to participate in promotional campaigns provided by BD/KAM.
Work with the marketing team to deploy communication articles about sales programs, major campaigns in the month and year (seeding, social channels, inShop, on-site…).
Responsible for managing activities on the tiktok shop platform. Maintain the best indicators in the shop (chat response, cancellation rate, return…).
Handle issues arising during operations including: handling customer complaints, protesting against violations of ecommerce platforms policies, handling negative customer reviews, and taking care of customers via text messages.
Position requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or eCommerce.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: Negotiable

Working in International company – Singapore company
Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
