Position description:

Content Creation (50%)

  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of social media content across key platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and other relevant channels, aligned with overall marketing and brand strategy.
  • Own the development of short-form video content, particularly for TikTok, with a strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and platform-native formats.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure content is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and performance.
  • Continuously monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and content formats to proactively propose innovative and trend-driven ideas that support campaign objectives.
  • Adapt content tone, messaging, and format based on audience insights and platform behavior to maximize relevance and impact.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

 Social Media Performance (30%):

  • Execute and optimize social media content with a strong focus on performance outcomes, including reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Support paid social campaigns by providing performance-oriented content ideas and creative recommendations.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and actionable insights to improve future content and campaigns.

Others: (20%)

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Digital Designers, B2C teams, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of content and campaign plans.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing initiatives, launches, and cross-channel campaigns.
  •  Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Position requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Content or Digital Marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of content creation and short-form video, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Solid grasp of social media performance metrics and ability to use data to optimize content.
  • Experience working with design and performance teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with paid social support, analytics tools, or B2C/e-commerce brands. is a plus

Commitment and Entitlement:

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Probation: 2 months
  • Working in International company – Singapore company
  • Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
  • Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
  • Working location: Sala Urban Area, No. 21 – 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc city, HCM city
