E-commerce B2B Consultant

Position description:
●Responsible for customers/accounts performance on the E-commerce platform by managing the entire operations from maintenance and optimizing account performance to responding to inquiries and negotiating with international buyers.
● Need to understand the business and products of given accounts/customers to complete operations for customers on the E-commerce platform.
● Monitor the condition of the inbound inquiries of customer’s accounts and reply timely to ensure response time is optimal.
● Coordinate with other teams or communicate directly with customers to build appropriate sales strategies and close orders on e-commerce platforms.
● Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal KPIs and external KPIs to customers.
● Support and advise team Sale/ Services and Customers on issues related to import and export processes
● Consult and introduce the company’s operational support service packages
● Report to various stakeholders of the organization, Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors.
Position requirement:
● Year of experience: 6 months in Export Consultant Executive.
● Sales and account management experience, strong communication, diverse
expertise, and diverse perspectives.
● Extensive experience in long-term client engagement, generating leads, and
closing sales.
● Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade , Export or some related fields.
● Good knowledge about Incoterms, International Payment, B2B, Logistics, E-commerce.
● Good at English in 4 skills. (IELTS 6.0+)
