? Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing, consulting and selling service packages of Alibaba Group (Alibaba.com) for export enterprises.

  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities to exceed KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Possess deep knowledge of our products and value propositions to effectively pitch to potential clients.

  • Develop innovative and tailored sales solutions to address client needs and challenges.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations relevant to the Sales department.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role

  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong drive for success

  • Excellent customer care mindset with the ability to assess and address client needs effectively.

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is a strong advantage.
