Business Development Intern

Position description:

1. Business Development (New Clients)

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space
  • Consult and propose suitable e-commerce and digital solutions
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs

2. Account Management (Existing Clients)

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact
  • Understand client business objectives and recommend effective solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project timelines, service quality, and deliverables
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue

3. Client Relationship & Retention

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewal rates
  • Collect client feedback to support service improvement

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge.
  • Report to Sales Manager and perform other tasks as assigned

Position requirement:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
  • Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology.
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible in work

Commitment and Entitlement:

  • Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients
  • Salary: 3 million – 6 million
  • Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM

    Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city
