Manage and optimize the performance of customers/accounts on the E-commerce platform, including maintenance, daily operation, and performance tracking.
Understand the business models and products of assigned accounts to ensure
smooth and effective account operations.
Monitor inbound customer inquiries related to accounts, ensure timely and
accurate responses to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate closely with higher management to develop and implement operational strategies.
Track and analyze internal and external KPIs related to account performance and operation efficiency.
3. Reporting and Other Responsibilities
Report regularly to the Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors, and
other relevant stakeholders.
Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by the Manager to support business growth and department goals..
Position requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, E-commerce, Logistics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of work or internship experience related to export-import service consulting.
Passionate about and interested in the fields of e-commerce and import-export services.
Intermediate understanding of import-export processes and logistics.
Proficient in using office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and popular
e-commerce platforms.
Quick learner, proactive in acquiring and updating knowledge in e-commerce and export fields.
Confident in conversational English, capable of reading documents and
exchanging emails with international partners.
Good communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and handle customer
requests effectively.
