🍀 JOB DESCRIPTION

👍 Manage customer’s accounts and in charge of operating accounts activities on the Alibaba.com platform includes replying buyer’s messages, finding potential buyer, optimizing product list.

👍 Upload products follow customer’s request and alibaba’s rule.

👍 Analyze the account to find the best solutions for the Customer in account management.

👍 Monitor and evaluate the situation of Customer’s account.

👍 Contribute to process and service improvements.

👍 Support and implement procedures and processes on Alibaba.com

👍 Report monthly data’s customer account.

👍 Manage and track budgets and resources to assure efforts are in compliance with project/study guidelines.

👍 Assist with coordination of all reports and research requests.

👍 Ensure specifications and source documentation are obtained for all studies from internal and external.

👍 Schedule, coordinate, and conduct training sessions about project/study.

👍 Develop, design and coordinate production and assist with the distribution of marketing materials for studies.

👍 Coordinate meetings, phone conferences, minutes and presentations for multiple projects/studies.

👍 Coordinate project documentation such as contracts, brief, proposals.

👍 Serve as liaison with internal departments and external entities.

👍 Other jobs as requested by superiors.

👍 Fluent English – Verbal and Written

👍 Multitasking and time management capabilities

👍 Quick learning and adapting abilities

👍 Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

👍 Advanced Computer Skills

👍 Having experience in working with systems is preferable

• Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 , Monday – Friday

• Salary: Negotiable
• Two months probation period
