Position description:
● Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing, consulting and selling service packages of Alibaba Group (Alibaba.com) for export enterprises.
● Solve, judge directly, persuade Export Enterprises to buy service packages of Alibaba Group.
● Build and maintain client relations.
● Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Service teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
● Meet and exceed KPIs and sales team targets.
● Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
● Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
● Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
● Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
● Other tasks required by CEO/ Director.

Requirements:
● Demonstrated and proven sales results.
● Persuasive and goal-oriented.
● In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
● Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
● Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills both in English/ Chinese and Vietnamese.
● Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
● At least 3 years of working experience in related fields (Ecommerce B2B,
Application solutions, CRM system…)

Commitment and Entitlement:
● Probation: 2 months
● Salary: 15 gross + Incentive + Commission
● Working in International company – Singapore company
● Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
● Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
● Working location: Sala Urban Area, No. 21 – 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc city, HCM city
