JOB DESCRIPTION 

JUNIOR/SENIOR ECOMMERCE B2C OFFICER (LOCAL+CROSS BORDER CUSTOMER)

☘️Doing Market Research for cross border B2C customers (20% workload).

☘️ Translate Product’s information from English to Vietnamese (20% workload).

The rest 60% workload:

☘️Work with the marketing / business development team in Singapore and Vietnam to onboard new suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.

☘️Drive the overall strategies for margin target achievement.

☘️Drive customer satisfaction by managing and setting strategies for the customer B2C stores in Lazada and Tiki.

☘️Involved in campaign management, including planning of product promotion, product launches, product listing, campaign follow up, etc.

☘️Assist to develop and implement demand plans to grow sellers store’s GMV.

☘️Liaise with Designer Team on artwork requirements and monitor deadlines for completion.

☘️Assist Customer Relations department on product knowledge on B2C marketplaces.

☘️Generate analysis and sales reports on regular basis.

☘️Produce contents and marketing plans for Lazada and Tiki.

☘️Coordinate information to achieve project timelines.

☘️Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results, include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance.

☘️Work at both the strategic and tactical levels.

☘️Review monthly customer service reports and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process.
